The Types of Mixtures: Homogeneous & Hetrogeneous
Mixtures are two types:

- Homogeneous mixture: is made up of two or more substances forming only one phase. Also it possesses the same properties through out its parts.

Water is considered as a homogeneous mixture because it only has one phase .
- Hetrogeneous mixture: is made up of two or more substances forming different phases. also it does not possess the same properties in all its parts.
