Introdution

Matter exists in three basic states solid (table, jar, and chair) liquid (juice, water, and tea) and gas (air, balloon, and ball). They differ from each other in two things, which are the volume and shape. But, they have some similarities, which we will talk about them later in this chapter. Moreover, in this chapter we will talk about the mixtures and the pure substances, and the differences between them. And we will go in the details of the mixture solution, by talking about the two different types of mixture:" homogeneous and heterogeneous."
